One on one safe movement sessions including a variety of techniques such as:

Relaxation and restoration

One on one sessions including a mixture of:

Integrative Physiotherapy

Our system has an incredible capacity for adaptation. We are shaped (to a fault) by all that we experience.

We see Integrative Physiotherapy as a body based approach to support your unique needs and to collaborate with you on a pathway to create greater understanding and capacity for your system.These sessions are designed to support those who support others

These sessions particularly support those living with:

  • Invisible chronic illness (Especially (ME/CFS), POTS and Fibromyalgia)

  • Dysautonomia and burnout

  • Hypermobility (Especially HSD and EDS)

  • Chronic pain (Especially CCI, Headache, neck and back pain)

  • Yoga injuries

  • Body based approach to supporting trauma and mental health challenges

With a personal history of burn out, I know all too well the pros and cons of being a loving, nurturing space holder. I’m extremely devoted to supporting those who value their own personal health and wellbeing whilst caring for others, but like me, were not taught how to truely apply Self care at the same time. It’s never too late and it’s better now than later!

I am here to support you through

  • cultivating a deep sense of knowing our needs via introspection and interoception

  • embodiment practices including yoga asana, pranayama, meditation and connection

  • nervous system regulation (awareness and practice)

  • managing workloads in a sustainable manner

  • setting boundaries and expanding where we feel called to

  • optimising energy use and energy conservation methods

  • working with a gentle heart led devotion that sustains us through our careers (vs strong head lead discipline that burns us out!)

Telehealth

Your program is fully delivered in the comfort of your own home via Telehealth, allowing you in save the time and energy to implement what you learn and make the most of your energy envelope.

*Please note that carers and family members are welcome to attend your sessions if you feel this would be of benefit.
