Medicare

You will most likely be eligible for a Chronic Disease Management (CDM) Plan (previously called an Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) Plan) which can fund $54.60 for EP and $60.34 for Physio (or more if you have reached the Medicare threshold) for upto five sessions per calendar year. Please speak to your GP in order to discuss your eligibility for this.

*Please note that you must have this written plan allocated to Florence Kelly or Greer Campbell/ Exercise Physiology on the day of your appointment in order to process the claim.

Private health insurance

You may be covered for Exercise Physiology and Physiotherapy services via Telehealth with your private health insurance. Please check with your fund as the level of cover and conditions can vary significantly from one insurer to another (usually covering from $17 to $120 per session).

 *Please be aware that you can only claim on Medicare OR private health insurance for each session. Unfortunately, it is not possible to make a claim with both for one session.
