We believe the best way we can help is if we attentively enquire about YOUR past, present, aspirations, likes, dislikes and then, together, we can generate a person-focused plan to allow you to move in the direction you desire.
This includes therapeutic neuroscience education sessions and lifestyle approaches focused on pacing strategies, energy conservation, mindfulness, relaxation, sleep strategies, graded exposure, goal setting, trigger identification and modification, stress and mood management, engaging in safe, joyful movement.
We don’t just talk about these in an education format (how boring!). We support you in exploring the “how”, “when”, “where” practicalities of on the “how tos” and most importantly, we guide you in embodying these practices for you to use them to their full potential.
