Our team.

Florence Kelly

I have spent the last 14 years passionately supporting those who experience conditions involving chronic fatigue and pain. My background in Exercise Physiology, yoga teacher training and my personal experiences have informed my approach and allow me to be of service in a diverse, adaptable and sustainable manner.

I personally have a history of burnout, joint hypermobility, pain and POTS symptoms which have gifted me the opportunity to cultivate a deep level of understanding of the experiences and needs of the people I connect with. With this comes an authentic sense of compassion and I am proud to call myself an embodied practitioner of truth, intuition and self care.

Over the last decade, I have also led multidisciplinary allied health teams to create larger, more diverse opportunities for you to obtain the support you need and deserve. I am the co-director of Connection Medicine Co., a training company who provides education, mentoring and self care opportunities for health practitioners and spaceholders.

Greer Campbell

I have specialized in working with those managing chronic invisible illness over the past 11 years and I am more inspired than ever to support this population. I have become passionate about supporting people, particularly those that are neurodiverse, to enrich their ability to listen to their bodies and seek opportunities to prevent suffering linked with pain, fatigue and mental health presentations.
In my own life I have managed bouts of fatigue, even before becoming a Mum to two boys and most of the family receiving diagnoses of Autism and ADHD. As I continuously endeavour to practice myself, I love guiding others to move from the thinking mind into the feeling body using a variety of tools which allows us to move through life with kindness and connection to ourselves.

Irene Ais

I am an Integrative Physiotherapist specialising in chronic and mental health focused care. I am passionate about supporting people by empowering not just how they move but their capacity to create a pathway towards embodying their whole selves.

I have spent 18 years working in Physiotherapy and my clinical work focuses on the support of invisible chronic illness; especially chronic pain, hypermobility and providing body based support for those living with trauma.

My approach is inclusive, respectful and compassionate. I promote a ‘we can’t do it alone’ message which acknowledges the environmental, systemic and intersectional factors on individual health experiences. This leads towards co creating unique, person-informed programs which support the individual needs and desires of people I work with.

I am the Founder of The Bridge Yoga School and I draws from over a decade working as a yoga facilitator/therapist and mental health/clinical educator which has taken me across Australia and internationally.
