No doubt you want to get on with your life and spend your time, energy and money on other things than medical appointments.

Well that’s the goal! But be aware, it will take consistency and time.

As we are working with complex chronic conditions, you will likely need 8 -15 sessions over 3 -12 months before reaching the maintenance stage.

The goal is to get you to a point where you have:

Uncovered and understood all the relevant details of your condition which you can control

Implemented and practiced strategies to improve your ability to do the things you want to do without the repercussions of “crashes”

Seen some changes in symptoms and increased active participation in what’s important to you-noted a decrease in frequency, intensity and duration of setbacks

Gained confidence in your body and how to manage it.


Once you have reached this stage, you will have collected a vast amount of information stored in your personalised bank of images and documents for you to refer to as needed.
